BULLFROG
This is the largest North American frog.
In California it feeds on smaller frogs, young western pond turtles, some native fish,
earthworms, insects, small snakes and even waterfowl chicks are prey to this
carnivorous frog.
Adult bullfrog can reach 7-8", and its tadpoles up to 6".
At night they make a loud, deep call - almost as strong as a big rig's horn!
(But they don't say BUD-WHY-ZERRRR !!! ) VIDEO
