A LITTLE BIRDIE MORE ROBINS - WAXWINGS - EGRETS ... Back to Welcome PageRed-Shouldered Hawks in Browns Valley - they are "Red-Shouldered ELEGANS" type.

This place is still pretty "wild", in the middle of rural area of Sierra Nevada Foothills.
Over many years there I could hear distant hawks calling around those old oaks - but finally, during Memorial Day Weekend of 2010,
I was really lucky to spot Hawks Nest.
