Coopers Hawks ARE BACK !!!!!!!
YOUNG GENERATION - CLASS of 2009 ! (Click photos to enlarge)
EXACTLY 7 YEARS TO DATE THEY'RE NESTING ON THIS SAME TREE, SITTING ON THIS SAME POLES & TREES AROUND MY BLOCK.
HAPPY YOUNG'UNS ARE FLYING AROUND NOW - SINGLE AND IN GROUPS - PLAYING & AND CALLING FOR FOOD AND TO EACH OTHER.
AND - THERE IS A FRESH WATER IN MY POOL ... WHO KNOWS HOW FAR THE HISTORY IS GOING TO REPEAT ITSELF?

OH WELL - THE BIG SPLASH of - 2002 DIDN'T HAPPEN AGAIN.
ON JULY 26th 2009 I SAW THE LAST HAWK - AS I ASSUME THEY FLEW AWAY FROM HERE.AS I SAID IN MY 2002 Story: "It is quite again around the neighborhood, hawks are gone and jays are happy, but I surely missed those beautiful,
big birds, gliding silently above us".
SO THAT'S WILL BE ALL FOR NOW - MY DEAR FRIENDS. THANK YOU FOR STOPPING BY :) UNTIL NEXT SUMMER !!
